Shipping and Returns

All our orders with in the UK are shipped free of charge Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded Delivery. Orders are despatched on a Monday, for delivery in the week.

Urgent orders can be shipped by courier, with any additional costs being payable, please contact; "customers@lwu.co" if you require this service.

Our packaging is fully recyclable and sourced from certified carbon neutral suppliers, and we intentionally keep our packaging to a minimum to reduce waste and unnecessary recycling.   

We have a 14 day return policy.
